Today we’re offering a quick look at confidentiality agreements. This kind of agreement is especially important in the first phase of your business. There are three reasons why these agreements are important.
1. Presenting an invention
If you you have created a new invention or process you’re eventually going to share the details of it with others. Investors, potential partners or distributors are just a few examples. In each of these cases you will want a signed confidentiality agreement so that your idea is protected.
2. They protect your business
Most businesses have very similar business models. It’s the few things that make them unique that really needs to be protected.
3. They show that you are serious
